Accountable Representation

I stand for the precise interpretation of the U.S. Constitution as written by our founding fathers.

I believe that liberal interpretation of the Constitution is inappropriate and illegal. The U.S. Constitution stipulates specific laws; bending or intentionally misinterpreting the true meaning of the document is breaking the fundamental laws of our nation. When we attempt to reinterpret the meaning of our laws, we are discarding the U.S. Constitution as the foundation of our country.

If elected, I will be a voice of common sense. I will fight for the laws of the land to continue to be enforced and written by legislature and not by the judicial system. I want to uphold the Constitution as written and fight to maintain the balance of power between the three branches: executive, judicial and legislative.

If elected, I will submit a bill to resurrect Robin Hood Plan, for further analysis of its constitutionality as this is clearly falls within the description of “taxation without representation”.

If elected, I will support any bill requiring all legislative bills out of committee to be written in clear, easy to understand language for all constituents to read, understand; thereby allowing constituents the ability to share their thoughts with their elected representative.
