Wayne and Susan Richard Wayne Richard is founder and CEO of ICglobal, a provider of new media and advertising technologies. Launched from his dining room 19 years ago, it continues to be a profitable, privately held company today.

Prior to launching ICglobal, Wayne was a Senior Account Representative at Burroughs Corporation, today known as UNISYS after merging with Sperry.

Mr. Richard received his Bachelors of Business Administration in 1980 from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He has been married to his wife, Susan, for 17 years and they attend Prestonwood Church in Plano, Texas.

Currently, Wayne is Chairman of the SMU Cox Alumni Board of Directors, sits on The Salvation Army Advisory Board, and is President and Editor of NCDAS.org (National Coalition for the Defense of American Sovereignty).

As a member of The Salvation Army Plano Advisory Board, Wayne represents Plano’s compassion by assisting disadvantaged people to create better lives for themselves and other Texans. As Chairman of the SMU COX Alumni Board of Directors, Wayne recognizes the importance of education and is determined to keep efficient and better-quality educational choices at the forefront of Texas Legislation.

Wayne believes that big government is having a detrimental impact on the private sector and our economy. Texas has always been about liberty and freedom. By developing business-friendly policies that enable wealth creation and personal liberty, Wayne will continue the extraordinary Texas traditions that can lead the nation out of recession.
